Power 90 - is this a good deal?

I found this ad in our "want ads" at work. What do you think? Is this a good deal? Is it like Power 90X that everyone is talking about?

Power 90 DVDs :
I paid $60 for this last year, will to sell for $35.
I've used this maybe 4 or 5 times. It's a 2 DVD set(they come in the same case).
Disc 1 has : "Sculpt 1-2", "Sweat 1-2" and "Ab Ripper 100"
Disc 2 has : "Sculpt 3-4", "Sweat 3-4" and "Ab Ripper 200"
I also have the CD-Rom disc for internet support, and the Step-By-Step Diet Guide.

Power 90 is a more of a beginner program. It is what I started working out with a few years ago, and it was great for that - but it's not for someone who has already been working out. It's a totally different program from P90X.

If you have the HC series, you don't need to buy anythink else. I got P90X but I like the GS so much better. I posted the rotations doing the P90X with HC and KPC. For me it was a gift.

From what I have heard from others here, Power 90 would be too easy for you. I think you are already in too good of shape for that series. If you want something more kick ass...Power 90X is the way to go. This series is excellent for developing upper body strength and definition. Add one Cathe leg workout a week and you have quite a challenge for the next 3 months!

Honestly, I have to say, that if you already have Cathe workouts....and do them regularly.....Power 90 is a complete waste of money. It is too easy and WAY boring. There is even some Cathe music (the music she uses in her vids) in there and the moves are so offbeat and all you want to do is be jumping around with CATHE. It's horrible, really.

My hubby is loving it though, but he is absolute beginner. I say P90X long before Power 90. P90X is so versatile and efficient and well worth the money. You won't be sorry purchasing that. Hope this helps!!

THere was an infomercial on t.v...I've seen it several times where you can order Power 90 for $14.95. I'm thinking about ordering this for my mom.
