Any opinions on Power 90 Master series cardio workouts? I think they are called Cardio Intervals & Sweat 5/6??

Also, does Tony have another yoga workout besides YogaX that's shorter, but still really good? Or any suggestions for similar type yoga?

TIA!

tell us more about what you want

From your yoga? Do you want something thats a 20 minute routine or a 30 minute routine? Do you want more stretching or strength building? Do you want to improve your breath capacity (ability to breathe properly when performing intense cardio, can prevent side stitches btw.) ? Do you want it to be a cool down from a run or cycle wo? Do you want it to be stretching or to calm your mind in the evening? You don't have to answer all of these questions, but it might be helpful to know when looking at dvds.

You can download some short clips from the Yoga Today podcast. They are videos so you need to watch them on your computer. I especially like Sarah Kline. I think that all of the others who practice yoga would agree with that.

I bet Vee will have some good suggestions :D

I found Baron Baptiste's Jourey Into Power Level 2 (The Next Challenge) to be a good substitute for Yoga X. It's about 70 minutes and has lots of the same poses including crow and royal dancer. I found Baron much more bearable than Tony.

My other suggestion would be Eoin Finn's Power Yoga for Happiness (either 1 or 2) which both have several different premixes from 30 to 85 minutes to suit your time schedule. Eoin has never let me down!
