What size plate does Cathe use for the front raises? I normally use 10#DBs for this exercise in other workouts but it was tough in this one.

That certainly explains why 2-10# DBs seemed hard! I'll have to try the 10# plate next time..hehe.
 
You use 20 lbs. for the shoulder front raises?? Oh my! I'm a wimp, but I generally use a 7.5 lb. plate.

Whew... 20 lbs for front raises? I don't think I could even bring two 10 lb dumbells up to shoulder height at the same time. The absolute most I can do is 8 lbs in each hand, which is 16 lbs. I don't even use that much in Power Hour though...like already mentioned, the reps are too fast for that much weight. I use the 10 lb plate like Cathe does.

I can guarentee the next time I do PH it'll be with the plate! Another toughie is the BB raises in MM--shoooeee!
 
LOL Susan. It may take you a while to get rid of those DOMS. The largest plate I have is 7.5 lbs. and it is plenty challenging for me.
