Postpartum comeback Which videos are the best?

Hi Cathe,
I am 4 weeks postpartum had a very easy delivery and started using the cxt series.However I want to know what would be the best rotation or videos I should use at this time for the best results( I have 50 pounds to lose and alot of flab)I have all your videos including the new ones.
What would you suggest?
Also I have been using 8 pounds and I don't feel challenged in anyway Can I up it to 10 pounds or should I wait?

Hi Marisol! There really is no exact rotation that will bring on faster results. But a popular formula that works for weight loss and muscle definition is 4 to 6 cardiovascular workouts (2 to 3 at high intensity and 2 to 3 at lower intensity), two total body weight training workouts per week, and a clean and healthy diet. It is really a matter of preference as to which cardio and weight workouts you want to fill this formula with. Congratulations and keep up the great work!

When you say two total body weight training workouts per week
would you suggest MIS or can I do the ps series 4 days alternating of course.
I also have powerhour which I have not tried.

Hi Marisol! Sorry for the confusion. By total body, I am referring to working each major muscle group two times per week. So yes, you can do the PS series alternating it so that each muscle group is used twice per week.
