postpartum baby weight

I am very frusterated with losing my pp baby weight. I have only abut 6-8 pounds left, however, it is taking forever, i exercise 6 days a week, eat healthy, drink a ton of water. and i am still carrying excess weight in my hips/thighs/belly.

What worked for you to get off that last bit of baby weight?

Any help would be great.

Hi Lori,

Another Lori here:) Also in the same boat you are in. When did you have your baby?
I gave birth almost 10 weeks ago and I have about 10 lbs left to lose of the 45 lbs I gained. I am also nursing so I am not sure how low the scale will go until I stop nursing.
Right now I am not to upset about it b/c I think I have been doing rather well with the weight loss but the scale does seem to stall sometimes regardless of my eating and my workout schedule.
cathe posted once before what she did after she had her last baby but I couldn't find it anywhere. Prehaps she will chime in here with some tips.
