Post Thanksgiving Workouts?

Hey all - just wondering what's on everyone's workout agenda for today. I did Intensity yesterday but all the turkey, pie, sides, etc definitely warrant another butt kicker. I'm thinking I'm going old school today: MIC!!! So what workout are YOU going to do to burn off that slice of pumpkin pie? ;-)
 
Hey Great idea!

I did Intensity w/u, Bootcamp and Intensity Step for about 40 mins of cardio and then added on core/abs and stretch from Kim Spreen's Absolute Kickbox. 60 mins total and felt great!

I really wanted to do High Reps but I just didn't have the time to get through a new weight work out which is 60 mins w/o pausing. I will do that Monday or Tuesday for sure though!
 
Starting out taking a Zumba class then hitting some free weights...feel like group classes are what I need today...!!
 
I did Lower Body Blast including the leg drills! On the leg drills where you are on your toes, my legs were shaking so badly they made Elmo look like he's standing still. :eek: But, I did them!
 
Great job ladies :) I ended up doing MIC and wow what a difference in picture quality, having done Intensity yesterday lol. DVDs have really come a long way! BUT the workout itself, is still one of Cathe's hardest for me. I always feel so accomplished when I'm done! And now to have a mini leftover sandwich for lunch :)
 
Today I did STS Total Body, upper only premix, and Intensity, both Hiit's w/ warmup and stretch.

I was going to do Intensity yesterday (Thanksgiving) and all of STS Total Body today, but I ended up doing Lower Body Blast yesterday, so my legs needed a break.
 
I did a new dvd, the peak 10 cardio today ,ehhh its okay- not Cathe, I found myself looking at the clock way to much wondering when its gonna be over but I thought I try something new :p
