Post results with "body Rx"

I'm in Cycle 1, week 6 this week. I've lost not a lot of weight, but my body has shifted into strength gaining mode BIG time! Its reshaping itself!!! When I started I could barely do a shoulder press w/a 5lb dumbell and was worn down w/doing squats w/no additional weight. Now I use 60lbs on my squats and can easily press 50lbs on chest and shoulders w/my barbell. My arms are becoming defined, as are my thighs and calves, my rear is higher and rounder and I couldn't be more pleased!
 
wow, Mindi...that's a huge gain in 6 weeks, from 5 lb dumbell to pressing 50 lb. Can someone describe Body RX for me? I'm not interested in weight loss but it sounds interesting...

Are those results with the S&H rotation?? What have you done for the first 6 wks?? You probably posted this somewhere else, and if so, I am sorry..:):)

yup w/S&H mostly. I did do a few exercises on my own too but mostly w/S&H and just a lot of grunting, groaning in pain and soreness after.

A GOOD kind of soreness. :)
