I'm in Cycle 1, week 6 this week. I've lost not a lot of weight, but my body has shifted into strength gaining mode BIG time! Its reshaping itself!!! When I started I could barely do a shoulder press w/a 5lb dumbell and was worn down w/doing squats w/no additional weight. Now I use 60lbs on my squats and can easily press 50lbs on chest and shoulders w/my barbell. My arms are becoming defined, as are my thighs and calves, my rear is higher and rounder and I couldn't be more pleased!
