I've seen ads for portion plates as well. I won't be rushing out to purchase these, but for adults or even kids who need the assistance, I think they're great.
Normally I don't scrutinize my portions, just keep them in check. But I am hoping to get pg agian in the next year and think this would be a great way to make sure I am eating enough but not to much. When your pg -um well let's just say the portion you think you need and actually need aren't the same!
Interesting idea...I imagine I could do my own by using plates, bowls, cups, etc. from my own kitchen & measuring portions into then until I find the ones that work best. I think I'll try it...thanks for the idea!
