Thought I'd share one of my new, clean eating recipes that is so easy and delicious.
I get the large portabello caps, remove stem and then after putting some EVOO on, grill them gill side down. After I flip them, I place about 1 TB pizza sauce on each and then some low fat italian shredded cheese. I also top the cheese with italian seasoning, basil, garlic powder, and also small amount crushed red pepper.
I then place under broiler until cheese is melted and golden brown.
DELICIOUS!
