I have no problem with the other plate exercises except this one! ![Mad  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I can do the straight leg slide in with plates no problem.
However, the problem I have is after the 45 degree fly, I have a hard time sliding the plates back from the 45 degree angle to center with straight legs.![Confused  ](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
I am wondering if anyone could share some tips on how to master this move, or an alternative move I can try to gradually build up . I am sure there's a core muscle weakness somewhere preventing me from accomplishing this.
On the other hand, I did not use the paper plates. I used a set of round plastic slides on carpet. I am wondering if these slides I have are too unstable for my feet to maneuver this move.
Thanks.
