Pocket calendars/journals ?!?!?!?!?!

I normally use a small notebook or a Weight Waterchs 3 month pocket journal to keep track of my workouts and food, but I would love to have one designed by Cathe.

It could include healthy tidbits and workout motivation. A lot of banks and stores give similar ones out for free.

Cathe, please consider it.

Liked this idea when I first saw it last year, I use a day planner & Cathe calendar now, it would be really cool to have a log book, with Catheisms throughout, and spaces for goals, recipes (like that new frozen-fruit yogurt this month) I'm going to start using the Ultimate log book this month, but I'd get Cathe's if she had one, good idea!

This is a great idea. I would love to have a journal or workout diary to use with Cathe's workouts. I use her calendar but a log book or journal would be great.
 
I would like to see this too. something like: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. how much water? goals, thoughts 4 2day and etc, etc. excellent idea
