My daughter and her friends explained this. Chocolate creates endorphins which make you feel good. So does exercise, but chocolate is easier especially PMSing. :7
Oh Gayle - I'm going through that right now, too! I haven't exercised in a few days - well - that's worth even being called a workout ;-) And, eating - I can't seem to stop. You are not alone, but I bet you feel better having vented, huh :*

You are definitely not the only one. The reason I don't workout when I'm PMSing is that I get terrible lower back and neck pain. Oh and I also get pre-menstrual insomnia so I'm sleeping less than usual which means I'm also tired. This is my third day of not working out and I'm pretty sure that TTOM is pretty near. Tomorrow I have to workout no matter what even if it is a light circuit workout (although I have BSB on schedule though ).
