PMS, TOM, yada yada yada!!!!!!

OK....here's my TOM rant! Warning! LOL

WHY, when I know that PMS/TOM is coming, do I ALLOW myself to fall prey to the cravings, mood swings, disinterest in workouts, EVERYTHING PMS-related?

WHY WHY WHY????

My daughter and her friends explained this. Chocolate creates endorphins which make you feel good. So does exercise, but chocolate is easier especially PMSing. :7

I crash everytime, I go for the chocolate and cookies/cakes :)
I'm getting hungry!! :9

Ditto! Don't fight the cravings...my craving this month were ginger snaps and cheese straws. Go figure. Sorry no pun intended.
 
I give in a lot. I feel like if I have to "suffer" from PMS and TOM, then I should comfort myself a little.

If guys got PMS and had a period, research would be federally funded!!! x(
 
Oh Gayle - I'm going through that right now, too! I haven't exercised in a few days - well - that's worth even being called a workout ;-) And, eating - I can't seem to stop. You are not alone, but I bet you feel better having vented, huh :*

Hang in there! It will soon be over..... well....until next month.

Lorie - I will go further and say that if guys got PMS and their period, there would be a mandatory 2 days off every month.

I'm descending right now. I could eat the world today. *sigh*
 
You are definitely not the only one. The reason I don't workout when I'm PMSing is that I get terrible lower back and neck pain. Oh and I also get pre-menstrual insomnia so I'm sleeping less than usual which means I'm also tired. This is my third day of not working out and I'm pretty sure that TTOM is pretty near. Tomorrow I have to workout no matter what even if it is a light circuit workout (although I have BSB on schedule though:p ).
