Hi Rhonda! Only once a week its hard on your joints & if done more than once you can be prone to injuries. Kathy:D
 
No, I don't think in its entirety it should be done more than once a week. I did recently read in a running magazine how plyo moves can help your running. So last week I started doing 7-14 minute segments of PlyoX twice a week. I like not having to do the whole thing...:)...
