I can't wait for my new videos ... Oh, these sneak previews are giving me serious heartache that I decided not to go on the road trip in October. I am going to miss your classes so much! I love all those Cathe plyo jumps and jacks. I wanted to go like anything, but I've done three roadtrips in a row and I wanted to give someone else a chance. I know it was the right decision, but ooh it's hurting me now. Not as much as Circuit Max looks like it's going to hurt though! Yeooow!
