Pls help tweak rotation

Hi Cathe,
I have been working on a variation of the famous "tank top rotation" for almost 8 weeks now, but have hit a snag that I hope you can help me work out. I am not sure how to procede...

Strength training-wise I had been doing MIS on Monday, CTX on wed and PH on Friday. Last week I only did CTX and PH b/c I thought that maybe I was feeling "bulky" b/c I wasn't resting enough and added yoga to lengthen. I am not sure how to space out my strength workouts in accordance with the yoga to allow my body to recover effectively. I read somewhere that you suggested yoga on a rest day, but I wondered if doing it the day after strength was ok. If I decide to keep doing strength only twice a week I thought I could do yoga on Wed, but I also plan to try a few weeks of CTX on Mon, PS CTS on Wed and PH on Friday down the road. In that case, how do I fit the yoga in? Am I doing too much?
I would really appreciate your input. My most recent purchase is CTX and I can't tell you enough how much I love the strength workouts. Thank you thank you thank you. Your tapes really keep me excited and motivated to strength train.
