so I tried to be all A jocky w/ one of her mishy moshy messes and did gauntlet cardio, IM3 blasts & PP (added on for strength training). Okay, maybe too much today but holy shmoly I feel like my legs will never be up to Cathe's speed & endurance. I love her active recovery phase of criss cross plies - are you kidding me??? LOL I've only done her for 3 months now, so I know it will take some time, but goodness my legs are jello like.
