I got the times for the VHS from the front page. I am sure SNM posted the times for the TErminator, etc. somewhere. Try doing a search and if you find it, share it with us!

The time formats for the 6 new Intensity series videos are as follows:
Imax 2: warm-up (7 min.), ten intervals (43 min.), stretch (4 ½ min.) Total = 54 ½ min
Cardio & Weights: warm-up (5 min.), cardio and weights ( 43 min.), Abs (8 min.), stretch (4 min.) Total = 60 min.
Boot Camp: warm-up (5 ½ min.), eight cycles of cardio, lower body, upper body, core (51 min.), stretch (1 ½ min.) Total = 58 min.
Muscle Endurance: warm-up (6 min.), weight training (45 min.), Abs (9 ½ min.), stretch (4 min.) Total = 64 ½ min.
Pyramid Upper Body: warm-up (3 ½ min.), upper body weight training (41 min.), Stability Ball (8-min.), Stretch (4 min.) Total = 56 ½ min.
Pyramid Lower Body: warm-up (4 ½ min.), lower body weight training (28 min.), Stability Ball- Legs & Glutes (13 min.), Stretch (4 min.) Total = 49 ½ min
