Hey educated moms & moms to be!
I've just passed the 29 week point - yay!
I have for the most part gotten past all my fears that something I did would have hurt my little one (pretty much all irrational - I worried a lot during the first tri as I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks last year).
I only do vigorous cardio 2x a week (take walks a couple days in addition) - jog/walk (jog a mile, walk, jog a mile, walk - ~2-3 miles) and then the other day I typically do a Cathe video (Step Blast, no challenge; Lo Max just Step; Cardio Kicks - first part, etc). I stop a lot for water and typically just use my step, no risers if it's step. (I do light weight lifting ~2x/week and yoga 1/week in addition to the cardio).
Now I'm worrying that maybe I ran a couple days this summer when it was too hot out or that I pushed myself too hard...I don't have a HRM, but occassionally test. and I do the talk test a lot (if I can't talk, it's too hard).
What kind of guidelines do you all follow? Do you think I'm pushing it?
Thanks!!!
