I am sort of new to this forum. I have currently done a lot of Firm workouts in the past & am pretty new to Cathe workouts. I am an intermediate exersiser & only want to work out 4 or 5 days per week. I can't jog or run though due to my knees. I have almost all of Cathe's workouts & I am trying to figure out a well-rounded rotation to do for quite a bit of fat-loss & to develop super definition for my whole body.Here are some of the workouts I have: Intensity Series (all of them),Body Blast Series(all of them), Ab Hits, HighStep Training, High Step Challenge, Body Max, Maximum Intensity Cardio & Strength,Pure Strength Series,Slow & Heavy Series,Leaner Legs, All Step, CTX Upper Body, Kick Max, Low Max, Muscle MAx, Core Max, etc. and most of her step only tapes. Also, should I only do Cathe videos or should I add the Firm to mix it up for muscle confusion?Can anyone help? Thanks.
