Please recommend video's

I've just purchased and used the pyramid upper and lower body work out. I am interested in using more video's. I hate aerobics and prefer straight weighted workouts and using the stability ball. Can anyone recommend other work outs?

the body blast dvd with supersets/push pull is a straight workout with stability ball. core max is for lower back and abs that using a ball and medicine ball. i also like her power hour dvd with 3 workouts. but the one workout,body max, does have cardio but a great upper body workout.

Hi Sue, Welcome to the forums. Kassia gave you great advice already but you may want to post your question on the Open Discussion forum and you're sure to get more advice. You may also like Legs and Glutes but it comes on the DVD with Kick Punch and Crunch which is an amazing kickboxing workout. Check out her DVD clips section also to get previews of all her workouts.
