i would like to know which among these tapes are moderate in choreography? im really bad with intricate and dancy steps- although i really hope to do most of Cathe's tapes someday. right now, i would prefer moderate athletic moves with hi/lo intensity. please advice. thanks!

Hi. I would definitely go with Circuit Max. It's very intense, and the choreography is pretty basic, especially when compared to Rhythmic Step which I feel is Cathe's most intricate in terms of choreography. In the CTX series, there are some more and some less choreographed routines.

I agree with Stacy. Im no dancing queen myself and find Circut max very intense and easy to follow. Rhythmic Step takes longer to catch on to. I just did CTX last week, I really like it but I suppose some of them are a bit trickier (however, they do expose you to a lot of Cathe's moves, so if you can do these, they prep you for tapes like rythmic step), there is a lot of variey. Now have you thought of Cardio Kicks?? My very favorite!!! Its intense, basic moves, and goes by fast!! Just a thought. Judy

I found all the step parts of CTX fairly easy to catch onto, even All Step. I second the raves for Circuit Max....great tape, fun to do, and will not have you stumbling while trying to follow it.

I have found that Rythmic Step has been the hardest step tape to master. One hint that I will use myself is to play only section 3 and do the tricky parts until they become second nature. Always nice to give advice that you will follow yourself!

Rhythmic Step is definitely the most toughest choreography-wise.

I think either the CTX Series OR Circuit Max would be perfect for you (or BOTH!). The moves are very easy to pickup and the intensity is INTENSE!!!

Honeybunch:
I was the exact same way with Section 3 of Rhythmic Step. Had to do that section over and over and over until I finally got it down! (and I'm one who has never been known for my patience!)
