Please rank these videos in order of intensity.

Hi all,

Trying to go to the next step (but gradually). I have been doing Step Heat and the Wedding Video but I like to put something new in for next week. Could you please rank these videos in order of intensity, from the least heart pounding to the greatest? The complex choreography doesn't bother me. I just don't want to accidently pick the most intense video of my collection and not be able to finish it. And the nominees are.....

Mega Step Blast
Step Works
Power Max
Step Max

If there are any Cathe step videos less intense than these listed please let me know. I have most of her videos, except for the very early ones.

I agree that you already have the least intense two. I would rank your others in increasing intensity as follows:
Mega Step Blast, Step Max, Power Max, Step Works.
