Please make up my mind for me :)

I'm finishing up one of Debbie (FitnessFreak's) wonderful rotations in the next week or two and I don't know how I'd like to proceed. It's a toss up between starting P90X (my husband started a week ago) or perhaps choose another one of Cathe's or Debbie's rotations. I have approx. 10 lbs more to lose to reach my target weight and I really enjoy weight training. Actually, I prefer lifting to cardio, haha! But I've already gone through approx. 3 rotations incorporating, GS, Pyramids, S&H, 4DS, etc. So, should I give P90X a shot or go back to say, the November 2007, 4DS rotation? The results I've seen with P90X are very tempting! So, I ask my fellow Cathe-ites for help!! Thanks!

First of all- which rotation are you just finishing up?

Second- if you are really ready for some workout insanity- here is the rotation I am starting on Monday (it is one of Cathe's) PS: I love lifting as well so it is going to take all the determination I have to get through this!

Hey Denise!
I can't think of the name right now but I believe it's the Building Muscle / Getting Lean or something like that... I'm really enjoying it! That Cathe rotation you posted looks NUTS but I don't have *that* much time each day and I'm lacking a few of those videos! My goal is to lose my last 10 or so pounds and to keep defining my muscles as I've been able to with a combo of the videos.

So, that's why I was questioning P90X or the 4DS rotation. I haven't touched 4DS in a few months. Thanks!!

Hi,
I just finished the 4DS rotation from Cathe and I just started P90X today. I used Cathe's rotation, but I added one full body workout per week and a little more cardio as well. 4DS gave me great results, but I'm looking forward to doing P90X since I've heard so much about it. I tried the plyox last week and thought it was a pretty good w/o, but I have heard Kenpo X isn't that great.

I did Kenpo X yesterday with my DH (who loves P90X!) and it was super easy..I barely broke a sweat. I'm used to KPC, haha!! I've decided to go ahead and bust my butt with P90X starting next week!

I did the chest and back w/o today- and omg there's so many push ups and pull ups! Looks like it's going to be a great program, but imo Cathe is definitely best for any cardio work. I think I'll sub KPC for the Kenpo also, but I'll try it at least once. I hope STS is ready by the time I'm done with p90X.
