Hi. I have a question. Can you tell me when SNM usually post the pictures of the new workouts.What time is it in your country? I am Spanish and there are six hours of difference between USA and Spain. When you start the new day I come back home after my job at 3:00 PM. Please help me if you can.

Hi Stayfit, Usally I think they post pictures most of the time is at night around 8 or 9 PM Eastern time in USA. HTH.
