Please help! Undergarment for wedding gown!!

Hi all

I really didn't know what to do so I decided to ask for your help on this issue here

I am getting married soon (congrats to me ), and I am trying to find an undergarment for my gown. In fact, I am not sure if I need one. My gown is strapless mermaid, and the fit is pretty tight. It's so tight to a point that I cannot wear a panty underneath, and that's why I thought about getting an undergarment. I think either one can help reduce the appearance of my panty and bra, and perhaps even my fat, but again, I don't know which one I should get (as you can see, the prices are quite different), and I don't know if I even need it! I don't mind going "comando," and usually stretchy stuff like that always rolls up to my waist, but again I think it might smooth out my shape. Ahhh~~~ I am such a desperate and anxious bride!!! Did you ladies have one for your gown? I also don't want to order then do a return or exchange since there's a lot of restriction ordering from the site and there's extra cost.

I got married in October 05 and did not have a bra in my strapless gown, but had bra cups sewn directly into the top because my top was supposed to be really tight. That worked for me, but then again I don't have a big chest. I didn't use an undergarment because I had a full skirt, but I have used Spanx before with other tight dresses. It made me lose probably an inch around my hips/butt and prevented panty lines from showing. I bought mine at Chicos.

Sew cups into the dress add sticky tape and go buff....
Less work later
