My goals are to INCREASE muscle size on my LOWER BODY and to define my upper body without gaining too much size in it. I am undecided between PS and a combination of PS and S&H. I was thinking of doing PS Chest Shoulders Triceps and PS Back Biceps Abs twice a week and PS Legs Abs only once a week with more resistance. Another option I thought was doing PS, but substituting the legs part for S&H. I want maximum growth in the legs and butt and only in the legs and butt. Also, although I don't want to increase size in the upper body, I would like nice, rounded shoulders. Is PS good for this?
