Please help... I need to workout at work

Cathe, I work very long hours (mostly 3rd shift). I want to work out on my hour long break. I need hard workouts that use no equipment or equipment that I could carry in my rolling book bag that.

Some super intense hi/lo cardio (how could we not include a few blast)would be great. I need that anyway to give my nearly 50 year old knees a break from that step sometimes.

I love Cardio Kicks and Kick Max and I use them often -- I just need a few more for variety.

Also, do you have any standing ab work tricks in your bag???
