I go as heavy as I can on PLB and it never fails to give me DOMS in my hamstrings. I did PLB on Friday and my hamstrings are still talking to me! I think it is the stability ball work that brings it all home. Saturday I did the upper body weight work from 4DS split and I'm a bit sore in places. I LUV feeling a bit sore...it just makes me feel like I worked what needed to be worked!
