PLB w/o stability ball?

Of course! If you have PS legs, the floor section then becomes very similar to the floor exercises in that video, and personally, that's the way I prefer it.

Go ahead and do it the way you want to, with or without the ball: you'll get a great workout either way, promise!

Im gonna have to figure out a way.My little girl put a hole in my ball yesterdayx( I will just have to go and buy a new one but until then modifications it is.
