Hi Cathe! How are you? I had a question on Pyramid Lower body. I can match your weight except on the lunges I have to go lighter but when I am doing the other standing leg excercises (squats,plie squats,leg presses) my heart rate goes up tremdously (max 162 beats per minute) Is that suppose to happen? Does this mean my weight is tooo heavy? Thank you so much!!!! Have a great weekend!!!!
