I use the end of an old bench from Sears that is narrow, for weight-lifting with two forked metal supports at one end to rest barbells on I guess. It is 17" high. I have used it for years, first for the FIRM's tall box and now for Cathe's step-ups in PS Legs, Leaner Legs and PLB. I am 5'8" so it makes a perfect 90 degree angle for me. If I didn't have it, I would probably use a chair or that Rubbermaid thing people talk about. I'd hate to buy something large like that that I couldn't use for something else.
