Plateau Trouble

Hi Everyone my name is Karen, and I'm sort of new to this forum.
I've read a lot of the topics on plateaus and unfortunately I"m still stuck on mine. Its been driving me crazy, I've been stuck on this plateau for almost 6 months now. I'm on a diet program for a little over a year now and have lost about 78lbs. But now I'm just stuck. I've tried many variations of exercising, like Cathe's Kickmax, LowMax, Imax 2 & 3, and plus the gym. I alternate here and there and I do about an hour including weights for upper body and lower body. I exercise 3-4 times a week, so what else can I do? Please someone help me.

I don't think its my diet, cause I do eat healthy. I eat 4-5 small meals and they consist of veggies and fruits, and I drink water religiously. So I don't know what else to do?

Welcome to the forums and Congratulations on your weight loss.:)

Try changing up your routine a bit or add an extra day of cardio per week so you're working out 4-5 days.

You may want to try posting this in the Open Discussion forum too. There are many educated people who can offer some great advice.
