Hi All,
Since doing my 'easier' planks for the first time on Wednesday night, at the end of Cardio Max, I amazed at how much my abs still ache - I mean, my abs feel like I did a long ab work out targeting the upper and lower abs, and I don't think I have ever had any nice aches in my lower abs after an ab workout ? Planks are truly amazing - what an invention ? And Annette, you are right, I can feel it right inside my lower abs :-wow :-wow :-wow. And for me personally, they are better than straining myself doing crunches ! Might have to buy AB HITS in November (Ho Hum, wasn't supposed to be buying any more videos this side of Christmas, but I can't resist !!!!!!!!!! :-jumpy).
What does everyone else feel about planks ?
Oh, and before I forget, doing those planks has made me more aware of my ab muscles, which after having 3 babies, and being stretched out of all proportion, is a good thing, because sometimes it is hard to feel anything when doing crunches, even when my positioning is correct
