Hi Jes, I learned to do military presses with a bb from MIS.

I have P90X but was able to follow the regular rotation for only 3 weeks. I missed my Cathes. I use P90X yoga and stretch a lot, Ab Ripper sometimes. I actually love P90X Shoulders & Arms and Kenpo, but haven't gotten around to incorporating them into a rotation, especially when the HC's came out. So what you see in the pics is mostly Cathe-made.
