Remember our thread about building muscle before leaning out? Well I have been trying the "bulking" phase for about 2-3 weeks now. More weights than usual (moved up to a 15 lb dumbell and 35 lb bb on some stuff, now don't laugh it's all relative right?) and more calories (zigzag about 1900 vs previous 1400 average) and my pants are already tight in the thighs!!! Help me not to freak out!
I really want to finish the month out like I planned and then start the lean out phase. I think I have gained (it's hard to tell, ttom) only about 2 lbs but my pants are tight right in the thighs again.
I think both of you said that is probably temporary right?
I can't wait to get to the leaning out cause this is making me nervous!
