sharing a typical daily of eats?

I was ready one of your posts on vegetarian eating and eating things in their natural state.
I also believe in eating things in the most natural state and have been becoming more aware of what I put in my body.

I find this forum always has such good ideas.

Oh, my gosh, there are so many others that are so much more qualified and experienced to answer this who have helped me, but I feel very honored that you are asking! :) I have learned so much from this forum, as well, particularly about vegetarianism.

Breakfast: steel oats with 3/4c berries and turbinado for sweetness
Snack: orange and nuts
Lunch: tofu and veggie burger sandwich on toasted Ezekial's organic bread with mustard and an apple or cantaloupe
Snack: either veggie sticks (peppers, carrots, etc.) and organic ranch dip or pita and hummous dip
Dinner: tempeh strips pan-fried in olive oil and teriyake with a huge bowl of vegetables

That is what I ate yesterday, or the day before (can't remember, I have slept since then :p) I will eat organic yogurt and cheeses, too, I just didn't on this particular day. The key is that I don't eat anything that is prepackaged (except the tempeh) and make everything from scratch.

I am learning so much about vegetarianism and veganism especially from just reading Kathryn, Carole, Pixie, Materialsgirl, and Lorrie's posts among others. I really do look forward to learning more and am so grateful that they share so freely and humbly! :)

I appreciate you sharing your meal ideas. Tempeh strips are something I haven't tried yet but it is on my list.

I too have learned so much from this forum. Everyone is always so willing to provide help with any questions I have or anyone has for that matter.
