One of my favorites is Crunch: Pick Your Spot Pilates with Ellen Barrett. It has 4 10 minute segments: belly, buns, thighs, and total body. Also, she has one called Pick Your Level: Weight Loss Pilates which has 3 levels of Pilates to choose as you advance.

You might also look into Ana Caban's workouts.
