Pilates

I would like to fit Pilates into my routine. I do Muscle Max 1 day a week and then do Pyramid Upper Body 2 days & Pyramid Lower Body 2 days. I don't work the same muscles 2 days in a row. Can Pilates be done on the days in between toning or is it considered the same thing and shouldn't be done on a rest day?
