Pilates workouts

Hi everyone - I KNOW this question has been raised, but I can't find the thread. I've got Winsor Pilates, but Mari kind of bugs me.

Can anyone give me a recommendation for another really good Pilates workout?

Hi,
These are the ones that I use the most and have gotten decent results:

*MTV Pilates w/Kristen Mcgee
*Mind Body and Mat Intermediate w/Hilary Burnett
*Quick Fix Pilates Abs w/Keli Roberts

I borrowed one of Mari's workouts from my sister and disliked her. I just couldn't get used to her for some reason.

Could it be because Mari says "this is my favorite exercise" before every exercise she does? She's kind of scary looking too.

Thanks for the tips! Which of those 3 would you say is the most fun to do?

LOL!!!!!!!!!! I think Hilary Burnett's is more relaxing. The set has candles lit and is very tranquil. Quick fix is more like work to me. It's pretty tough IMO. I think the most fun is MTV Pilates. The chaptering is pretty good too. You have the option of music on/off.

Donna, I really like Pilates on the Ball with Lizbeth Garcia. Obviously you have to have a stability ball. It is much more difficult IMO than on the floor.

Stott Pilates Core Challenge, Core Balance, 3D Balance. I like the DVDs because you can pick and chose the sequences. Her Level 3 to 4 are good because they move at a decent pace without as much instructions as the lower levels. Methodical, clinical but knowledgeable.

Actually Mari turned me off also of pilates a while ago -- I got rid of her on ebay. But now I bought Stott Pilates Core Challenge -- by a recommedation here of someone -- and I truly love it. I want to get the level 4 now. Another good one is Quick Fix Pilates too to start with. Mari
