Hi,
I have read a lot recently about the benefits of a Pilates workout to condition the body. In addition to my regular cardio and weight lifting workouts, I'd like to add one day of Pilates. I've got
one Pilates workout (Crunch), but I'd like to have one that is
fairly strenuous and will help to "lengthen" the muscles. What Pilates dvd's do you suggest? Thanks for the advice!!
