I want to start adding Pilates into my weekly workout schedule. I would primarily be using it for core and back strengthening. I have Windsor Pilates...a 20 min program using a Pilates ring and a 50 min workout using the ring. I'm leaning toward the 20 min program but how often do you all suggest I do this weekly. I would be doing it at night in addition to my other stuff. Thanks.
