Pilates anyone?

I've been seeing a lot on Pilates again and I thought maybe it would be a good workout for me and help me R-E-L-A-X a little, too. Anybody have some good advice or suggestions on a good one to try?

Thanks, Marcia!

I like Winsor Pilates. I believe I have all the DVD's out. My husband likes to do them with me and sometimes my kids join in (boys, 9 1/2, 8, & 2 (3 next month)).

I recommend either Romana's Pilates, released by Natural Journeys. She's the last living disciple of the Mr. Pilates and is very thorough. I would also recommend The Method Percision Training with Jennifer Kries released by Current. Good luck

I like the variety and different levels of difficulty on The Pilates Method dvds. There are about 20 different workouts per dvd and only about 20.00 and very good. I teach Pilates myself and there philosophy is a great combination. I also have Stott videos, more instructional, but the advanced ones are good :) Great for CORE work, balance, and flexibility!
