I had the May issue of Prevention laying around the house and just now got around to reading it.
Thought I'd share an interesting thing I read about cellulite and pilates:
"Pilates-exercises that combine both strengthening and stretching - has become Hollywood's anit-cellulite workout of choice. It uniformly strengthens and stretches muscles and redrapes the fascia that covers muscle like the casing on a sausage. The vertical tethers that cause dimpling are connected to the fascia, and when it stretches, the tethers stretch. Pilates is like ironing the sheets."
Having never tried pilates I wonder if those who do pilates agree that it helps cellulite?
