Pikes and wrist pain

Hi Cathe,

When doing the pikes on the stability ball in PUB, I experience a lot of pain in my wrists which is preventing me from finishing all the pikes and leg lifts. I have no problem doing planks in any of your other workouts. Does this position cause greater stress to the wrists since you are also dealing with maintaining your balance on the ball? I was wondering if it is OK to do these grasping dumbells on the floor rather than having my hands flat on the floor. I tried this today and my wrists felt much better. I just want to make sure this doesn't alter the effectiveness of the exercise. Otherwise I will keep trying them on my hands and hope my wrists will get stronger. Thank you!
