Picture Trail question

Help! Okay, I'm a little "technologically challenged," if that's the term I want here, but I'm having trouble with Picture Trail...I notice a lot of you use it and so I decided I'd sign up...I keep trying to create a user name and it either tells me to try another name or says "Oops, can't create user name."?? I'm beginning to think it doesn't like me or something, lol...has anyone else had problems signing up with them?

No I didn't have a problem like that. Does it do that with any name you try to put in? You might need to completely close your browser out and Log off, then back in. It's worth a shot. Hopefully that works.

Thanks Christi, I'll try that...yep, it does it with any name I try to put in...weird!

It might be a certain character in the name, try changing it. IE some things don't like spaces, others don't like _ and some love all characters. So look around see if ther eis anything that says you can only have certain charcters in your user name.
