physique transformation

Hello, I was just wondering if someone who has done this program could give me a little more information about it. I went on line and read the e-book they have. I am just wondering what things you are allowed to eat on this program. My husband and I have been doing weight watchers for 5 months, and are doing very well on it. He has lost 40 and I have lost 50. I need to lose another 35 pounds, and I read about this program and was interested. I love ww, but I was interested when it said you exercise less. I tend to over due with the exercise and my knees pay for it. It just says you need to eat clean food. I am not exactly sure what that means. My husband loves sugary candy, and I like to have a little snack at night, like low fat ice cream sandwiches or fudgicles. I am just wondering if you are not allowed to eat those things on this program. I know I couldn't go the rest of my life without eating some bad foods. I would appreciate it if someone who has done this program could give me an idea of what you eat on a typical day. Thanks.
Kerri

Hey Kerri,

Not to put you off the program but sugary treats are a huge no no with this program. It requires a very low sugar intake during the fat burning phase. Most people can't even eat fruit & very few vegis while doing this. Visit their support group on yahoo.com, PFASupport--it's free & ask A LOT of questions of those folks. They are very knowledgable. In fact, Ric actually will answer your questions.
