Physical Changes after using Intensity Series?

I'm one of the DVD waiters and even though the videos have only been out for a couple of weeks, I'm curious to see if any of you who have been doing the series have noticed some changes in your body already!

I can't wait to get my hands on those DVDs! :)

I would asume it's too early to say. Personally I am not out there doing an IS video every day, maybe some are. I like to intersperse new videos with old to make interesing combinations, vary the intensity days, and just keep it interesting. It's only been a couple of weeks since the videos arrived.

Even if someone were to be doing nothing but vids from the new I-series daily, our bodies change throughout the month in terms of available strength and stamina, that I would think it would require a few monthly cycles to really be able to make this decision.

That's my opinion at least. No doubt, someone will come in and disagree with me in about two seconds!!! That seems to be the nature of these forums...

Great question! I remember when the CTX series first came out, there were a few people who said they noticed changes very quickly because of the variety of the workouts. I'll be curious to see what others say about this. I, too, am (im)patiently awaiting the DVD's (although I do have BC on VHS - I couldn't wait).
 
I started December 30th and have been doing a video everyday.
I've noticed I'm much better at doing the core work than before. More stamina. I've lost 1/4 inch all over, except for my biceps which are 1/8th inch bigger. That is because I've increased my db to 15#'s.
I've noticed the biggest change in my backfat, the area under my arms down to my waist. All the plank work, front, back and sides might be what is helping. I'm also watching the starches in my diet.

I personally am doing an 8 week rotation for an Intense Body Blast to really give this series a challenge. I know most rotations are 3 weeks but I had been alternating all my Cathe collection for almost 2 years. I just wanted to heat things up a bit. :D

This is just my experience so far. The videos are so much fun to do. I think the time flys by....even doing the froggy thing in Imax 2. LOL

Yes, I have already noticed a difference in my body after about 2 weeks of the intensity series. The pyramid upper and lower body workouts are the BEST! I can feel it right now, but in places I've never known before!

You'll love it. I can't wait to see what the next few weeks bring using the series. I also added some more protein to my diet to offset all of the weight training this series uses.

Hope you like it as much as I do! My DH is getting annoyed that I spend so much time in our workout room, since I am taking over his "time"!
