I have Photoshop Elements 9.

Elements is a very good scaled down version of photoshop. For most folks, it has everything you need to organize and edit photos. I am more of an advanced-amateur, so I use Photoshop CS3. There is a newer version, CS5, but I don't need to upgrade at this time....and I just don't have the money to do it.
Elements is a great program.
