Kelly Coffey Meyer‘s 30 Minutes to Fitness Strength & Stamina‘s 2 main Workouts are circuits that you super set an upper body exercise with a lower body exercise. You repeat the super set 3 times and finish with a kettlebell interval. (She also includes premixes to omit the KB swings). The workouts are very fast paced so you get no rest during the super sets and very little rest between circuits and intervals. One of my favorite Kelly workouts!! FYI, make sure you try the Step Bonus workout included on this DVD if you end up getting it....it is super fun!!
